Once your order is placed, our team inspects the product, performs quality checks and hands it over to our logistic partner. If delivery cannot be completed due to address / timing issues, our partner will contact you.
All shipped orders include invoices and may ship together or separately depending on stock & dispatch process.
Each product is bubble-wrapped and fragile products get extra protection. Packaged items are then boxed securely. Maxxstaminaplus is responsible for any transit damage until delivery.
We ship across India to almost all pin-codes. Availability may change based on logistics partner. You can check delivery availability via pincode on product or checkout page.
Once shipped, tracking details are emailed to you. Registered users can also track orders in “My Account → Orders”.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 2–7 days depending on location. Unexpected delays may occur due to external reasons. Currently, delivery commitment timelines may vary depending on conditions.
Courier partner calls before delivery. After 3 failed attempts, shipment returns to warehouse.
